How do I use this tool?

Add your guests, mark whether they are bride side, groom side or both, then drag each name onto a seat. Start with the head table and the guests you know are difficult to place, then fill in around them. When you're happy, print it or click Save My Chart to keep a copy.

How many people fit at a round table?

A 60 inch round seats eight comfortably, ten if guests are willing to be cozy. A 72 inch round seats ten to twelve. Add or remove seats per table to match your venue.

Can I stop two guests from sitting together?

Yes. Open Keep Apart Rules and pick the two people. If they ever end up at the same table you get a warning and the table shows a caution badge.

Is my guest list saved anywhere?

Only in your own browser. Nothing is uploaded and nobody else can see it. Use Save My Chart to download a copy you keep.

Can I move this into the full planner?
